Michele McDuff

Michele McDuff is Head of People at MATS, where she leads the global People function and helps build the organizational infrastructure that supports MATS' scholars and staff. She has spent her career inside fast-moving, highly regulated companies, building HR functions from the ground up and bringing structure without bureaucracy, speed without chaos, and rigor without losing the human touch. Prior to MATS, she held HR leadership roles at Kaia Health, Ceres AI and Jetty Group. She holds a BS in Business Administration, Management and Operations from California State University–Dominguez Hills and is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
