Joseph Lemien

Joseph works as an Operations Generalist at MATS, supporting the organization with project management and process optimization. Before joining MATS he worked in operations for EA organizations, for cross-cultural non-profits, and for education-focused startups. He studied Chinese language and culture as an undergrad, spent a decade in Beijing, and later earned a master’s degree in management. He is also a certified project manager through the Project Management Institute. Outside of work Joseph runs several books clubs, is a trained yoga instructor, and loves eating Sichuan dry pot.
